We faced major issues during our stay. For starters, the hot tub was out of order for three months, and we were misinformed about its availability. Additionally, the room had inadequate bedding supplies, and I had to wait unnecessarily for an extra blanket. To top it off, I was surprised with parking fees that were not disclosed at check-in, leading to an uncomfortable conclusion to my visit.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to the concert venue, and the clean, comfortable room was a major highlight. Parking was also convenient, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. However, the room I booked wasn't quite the right fit for my needs, which caused a little inconvenience during check-in. There was also no food available on-site during my stay, which would have added to the experience, as I had hoped to grab a quick sandwich without venturing out.

The city view from my room was quite impressive, allowing me to enjoy the skyline. The convenience of being near a venue helped us manage our time well for the event. The bed provided decent comfort for a restful night despite a few concerns.

the courtyards location was perfect for our concert at the civic center, making it super convenient. the check-in process was smooth and friendly. we also loved having access to the fitness center and on-site laundry facilities during our 3-night stay.

We came in from out of town to see a comedy show at the Civic Center and were so relieved to find a skywalk connecting it to the hotel, which kept us cozy and dry. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for winding down after the event. Only downside was the vending machine was out of snacks, but we found a great little café nearby. 😊
